If a piece isn't quite right, we'll take it back within 14 days of delivery — fully refunded, with a prepaid Royal Mail Tracked label.
What's eligible
- Unworn pieces in original packaging
- Items with all tags and care cards intact
What's not
- Engraved or personalised pieces
- Pierced earrings (hygiene)
- Made-to-order or bespoke commissions
How to return
- Sign in to your account → Orders → Request a return on the relevant order
- We'll review and email you a prepaid Royal Mail label within one working day
- Drop off at any Royal Mail post box. Refunds reach your card within 5 working days of receipt.
